  1. How much does it cost?
    Please contact your local sales office for details. High Traffic stores are a Premium and some Store Chains carry more carts than others effecting pricing. Our advertising products are by far the most effective and efficient method of branding your name or service in a targeted area. Your advertising dollars are spent where they COUNT the most...we have a plan for EVERY budget! TOP
  2. Do I pay anything for artwork?
    Market Tech Media Corporation is a production company only, we do not get involved in graphic design. The artwork you provide our artists will be reproduced and sized to fit our specifications. There is a nominal production fee for the service. TOP
  3. What are your payment terms?
    Depending on the Size of your investment and How Long you have been in business payment terms are available for most businesses. Generally we ask for the Production fee and a 30% deposit for New Customers. Payments can be made over 4 equal (consecutive) Monthly Installments. Market Tech Media Corporation accepts most Credit Cards and can even Debit your Checking account. Customers with favorable payment histories may pay 20% deposits on renewal. TOP
  4. I already have an ad design; do I need to pay a production fee?
    Yes. Even if you have a Disk ready ad our Graphic Professionals still need to Format, size and PROOF the information. Production Fees are a set cost to ALL advertisers. Upon RENEWAL or Multiple purchases, you will only pay a nominal fee for this service. This nominal fee also includes (but is not limited to) negative, plate, installation and maintenance costs. TOP
  5. Do my advertisements qualify for my companies co-op program?
    Our advertisements do qualify for many companies co-op programs. Market Tech Media Corporation does not issue a list of approved companies so please ask your Compliance Department before making a purchase. We can display Logo's and Company verbiage compliant with your Co-Op Program. Our products are considered "Billboard Advertising" by many companies that offer co-op advertising dollars. Ask your salesperson about our Brand Templates that make designing an approved ad easy. TOP
  6. Do I receive a proof of my ad design?
    Yes. All advertisers receive a proof and are given time to make changes before print. Market Tech Media Corporation prefers to e-mail your proof in PDF format so please supply us with a valid e-mail address when ordering. Our Production Department requires a response within 5 business days of receipt for CHANGES to your ad. Please ask your salesperson for your Start Date production Deadlines. TOP
  7. I see other advertising products in my grocery store, are these Market Tech Media Corporation?
    Market Tech Media Corporation does have other products that are sold within Grocery Stores but NOT ALL products are Market Tech Media Corporation. Our Products include Adcart, Market Information Center, & Register Tape Network. There may be like products sold within the SAME market chains so please inquire with your Local Sales Office. Our Adcart Product is ONLY sold on the "Baby Seat" portion of the Shopping Cart and ALWAYS is accompanied by an Aisle Directory. We are NOT affiliated with the "Nose of the cart" advertising. TOP
  8. Do all grocery stores have Market Tech Media Corporation products?
    No. Please call your Local Market Tech Media Corporation Sales Office to inquire. If you do not see directories on your local grocery stores Shopping Carts, Market Tech Media Corporation may still be able to sell you an ad. We carry long-term National Contracts with most store chains. TOP
  9. What if there is already a business like mine, advertising in the store?
    There are usually several grocery chains under contract in each area. Often high traffic stores are a premium and there are waiting lists available. TOP
  10. When do I get my proofs?
    Your proof will arrive by email or fax about 2 weeks before the date your campaign is due to be shipped. Please examine the proof carefully, especially check:
    • The offer
    • The disclaimers (if any)
    • The phone number
    • The expiration date (if you use one).

  11. How do I make corrections to a proof?
    To confirm the ad copy or make changes, simply respond to the email, or the fax or by phone (fax and phone numbers will be on your proof sheet). You have two days from the receipt of the proof to make any changes. TOP
  12. Why is the Valencia office calling me instead of my representative?
    You may receive one of two calls from our home office in regards to your campaign. If your local representative was unable to reach you in time, the Market Tech Media Corporation home office may call you to remind you it is time to renew. If there is remnant space available for a particular campaign, you may receive a call offering to double size or duplicate the ad you have already purchased. If the offer sounds good, buy it. If you are happy with what you already purchased, just say "No Thank You". TOP
  13. Why does my credit card have several MTMC charges instead of just one?
    If you are paying by credit card and are running on more than one store, your first bill may surprise you. You will see each run on each store is billed separately. The reason for this is that each run is handled separately so the computer generates a separate bill for each campaign in the system. For example, if you are paying $750 a month for three stores, you will receive three $250 charges on your card, one for each campaign on each store. The total will still be $750 for the month. TOP
  14. How do I renew my campaign and do you automatically renew it?
    We do not automatically renew you. You must sign up again at the end of each agreement you have with us, typically every 6 months or once a year if are one of our many clients who enroll annually. Your local representative will let you know when it is time to renew. TOP
  15. How do I get help or ask questions?
    We serve you locally, regionally and nationally. Your first contact should always be your local representative since they are most familiar with your area and your account. If you have lost your local representatives number or cannot reach them for any reason, please call your Regional VP per the contact us page on this site. TOP
